I specialize in set construction, lighting design and programming, and live audio integration, ensuring each technical element enhances the storytelling and runs safely and efficiently. I’m highly skilled at managing build schedules, leading diverse crews, and troubleshooting under pressure while maintaining a collaborative and educational work environment. My background in the Marine Corps and industrial engineering reinforces my high standards for execution, safety, and problem-solving.

  • Installed and maintained various fixtures across dozens of manufacturers, including moving lights and custom scenic lighting elements.

  • Conducted custom electrical work, including soldering, LED tape wiring, and DMX networking for scenic applications.

  • Performed on-site troubleshooting and repair of lighting control networks, fixtures, and electrical components during live productions.

  • Mixed live theatrical performances ensuring balanced sound design and clear audio for both dialogue and music.

  • Installed and programmed digital and analog audio systems: Yamaha DM7, Shure RX/TX, and Dante-based networks.

  • Diagnosed and repaired audio signal path issues, including RF coordination, mic troubleshooting, and speaker system calibration.

  • Served as Art/Technical Director for over 45 main stage productions, overseeing the design, fabrication, and execution of scenic, lighting, and audio elements.

  • Worked collaboratively with directors, designers, and production teams to align creative vision with technical feasibility.

  • Managed production budgets and timelines, optimizing resources while maintaining artistic integrity.

  • Led construction, lighting, and sound crews, ensuring projects met both safety standards and artistic expectations.
